Moovie by Skivelane Limited has no accounts. The app creates a random device ID on your phone so an Imposter room knows which seat is yours. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.

What deletes itself

Imposter rooms, with the names players typed and the moves of the game, are deleted 12 hours after the last move. Charades, Higher or Lower and the pass-the-phone round never leave your phone.

Deleting the app removes its device ID and everything stored on your phone.

Turning off new deck alerts in Settings deletes your push token, platform and app language from our server.

Analytics and crash reports

Firebase Analytics events, crash reports, PostHog usage events and Moovie Premium purchase records (kept by RevenueCat) carry the app's random install ID, not your name. Crash reports are deleted after 90 days and analytics events when Google's retention period ends.

To ask for them to be deleted sooner, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Moovie data". We'll reply within 30 days with how to find your install ID, and delete what we hold for it.
