By using the Moovie app or this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

The service

Moovie offers party games played with film titles and facts. It's free to play, with no accounts, and Moovie Premium is an optional paid upgrade. We may change, improve or stop any part of it.

Moovie Premium

Premium is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and those stores' terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app doesn't cancel a plan. Lifetime is a single payment for as long as Moovie is offered.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Use Restore purchases in the app to bring Premium to a new phone on the same store account.

Playing fair

Use Moovie lawfully. Don't disrupt the service or its servers, use bots or scrapers, reverse-engineer the app, or use offensive names in rooms.

Film data and our design

Film data comes from TMDB under its terms; this product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. The games, artwork, sounds and branding of Moovie are ours and may not be used without permission.

No warranty

Moovie is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss from using it or being unable to.
